The Secret of Great Pitching?

When Braves pitching coach, Roger McDowell, was asked the secret to having the best pitching staff in the National League, Roger responded, I just try to use examples from when I pitched.
Maybe that ain't such a good idea......

Ever since Roger became a coach he's been super serious. I want to see hot feet, fright wigs and power sanders from my pitching coach, dammit.
