A question for all you readers/bloggers/collectors/sports fans out there... While I go through all of the great blogs online, I can't help but notice that there is very little mention of anything else but cards.
Nothing wrong with that. But there is so much else out there in regards to sports memorabilia.
Game jerseys, autographed items, programs, etc...
Does anyone else collect anything besides cards?

Several bloggers do. I've seen them feature stuff.
I don't. I've written about that before. It's called Night Owl Cards for a reason.
I tend to be a collector of collections. I collect baseballs (not autographed, but those with stuff printed on them), pressed pennies, pins, action figures, etc. At some point I'll probably post the parts of each collection that cross over into sports.
here's my favorite spot for that kind of stuff

vintage, with a twins focus a lot of the time.
i pretty much just have cards. maybe just for you i will do a post about my dodgers auto jersey and dodger stadium seats or some of the programs/scorecards i have kept. i know my dad has a bunch of mid 60s scorecards, that he scored, with koufax and drysdale pitching. those are fun to look at.
i used to have a game used luuuuuuuuc robitaille hockey stick but i don't know where it went.
Cards are my focus, but I have some other items, too. I've got Cubs media guides from 1961 - 2008 and scorecards from 1968 - 2008. I also have balls signed by the starters from the 1969 and 1984 Cubs. It was fun getting them, but my heart is with the cards.
Right now I'm concentrating on collecting the cards from 1976. When I get to collecting other stuff from that year, then I'll feature that stuff. I just barely returned to the hobby after a break and I don't want to overload myself. :)
While it is easiest to focus on cards I do have a small collection of tickets both used and unused. I also collect programs.
Thanks for this post and the idea, perhaps I'll start posting some of those collectibles too.
I have few game-used bats & jerseys, and I'll pick up (scored) scorecards from time to time when I find them.
I usually do post about this stuff when I get something new, but I primarily collect cards.
I've got a handful of collections. Cards, Autographed baseballs of Hall of Famers, and Bobbleheads from each stadium I go to are the big three, with other things occasionally mixed in (special programs & tickets, e.g.)
i write about all my autograph stuff on my blog on wordpress called my past time.... i love it check it out and tell me what you think!
